District Level Training on Incident Response System
The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Dhemaji, organized a District Level Training on the Incident Response System (IRS) along with a Table Top Exercise to strengthen disaster preparedness and response. The program aimed to enhance the skills and coordination of officials and stakeholders involved in disaster management. Participants were trained on the roles, responsibilities, and structure of the IRS, followed by a practical table top exercise simulating emergency scenarios. The training helped improve understanding of effective response strategies, communication, and resource management, ensuring better preparedness for future emergencies in the district.
